About the Journal
Journal of Management and Business is a scientific journal to publish various scientific works by lecturers at the University of Borneo Tarakan and lecturers from partner universities. Scientific papers published are dedicated to the field of management and business science. In addition, the Journal of Management and Business is a reference to describe management science to stakeholders and the real efforts of FE UBT to contribute to the development of management science at the national and international levels.
